The Washington Navel Orange, also known as Bahia, is the second most important orange variety in the world after Valencia. It provides parentage to most of the navel varieties. The trees are moderatly vigorous. The fruits are delicious and easy to peel.

 

Taste: The deep orange flesh is firm, moderately juicy, very sweet but enough acidic to make a pleasing citrus flavour.
