The Vernia Orange, also known as Berna, Bernia, Verna, Verda and Bedmar, is another new mid-season widely planted cultivar with deliciously sweet and juicy oranges. The tree is slow-growing and compact. It takes a while to bear fruit, but it is very productive when mature. 
 
Taste: The flesh is tender and moderately juicy with pleasantly acidic and sweet flavor.
