The Florida Prince Peach, released by the University of Florida in 1982, is a standard low-chill cultivar worldwide and one of the earliest ripening. The large fruits have melting flesh, develop 80% red blush with dark red stripes over yellow ground color. The yellow flesh is firm with semi-clingstone pits.
