The Temple Orange (Citrus reticulate), also known as the Royal Mandarin and originating from Jamaica, is a cross between a tangerine and an orange (tangor). There are many different sub-varieties of Temple oranges. The fruits are favored for their easy-to-peel rind and sweet-tart flavor.

Taste: The flesh is tender and juicy, the flavor is complex but balanced, bright and tangy, with notes of spicy sweetness.
