Buddha’s Hand Citron is native to Asia. It symbolizes longevity, happiness, and good fortune within many Asian cultures. Generally, the fruit doesn't contain juice, seeds and pulp, it only has a thick and spongy, white pith that bears a sweet flavor. The trees can be grown in containers as bonsai specimens.

 

Taste: A bitter-sweet rind with bright and floral flavor, and a sweet pith are primarily used as a zest for flavoring sweet and savory applications.
