Also known as Achachairu and Bolivian mangosteen (related to the mangosteen).

Tree leaves have a pink to reddish color when young, becoming more yellowish-green with maturity. Fruits are yellowish orange when ripe, with good balanced sour and sweet flavor. People say it tastes like lemonade.
