Xoai is a Vietnamese variety mango. Tuong is one of the types of that variety wich is also called the Elephant mango. The Xoai mango is branded as one of the best-tasting fruit. Usually picked green with slight blush of yellow.
 
Taste: When green, the mango has a sour, mildly sweet and crunchy taste. When ripe, it has creamy and soft flesh, pleasant aroma and tangy flavor. Contains small amount of fiber.
