Rollinia is a tropical fruit botanically known as Rollinia deliciosa, a member of the Annonaceae family. It is also known as Biribá, Lemon Meringue Pie fruit, or Wild Sugar-apple. The fruits transition from green to yellow as they ripen, though they are often picked green and allowed to mature off the tree. Inside, they contain small, dark brown, elliptical seeds that are inedible.

Taste: The aromatic flesh is bright white or translucent with a smooth, gelatinous texture. Its flavor offers a mildly sweet-tart profile, combining tropical notes of pineapple, banana, coconut, lemon, and lime for a delightful taste experience.
