Dimocarpus longan, commonly known as the longan and dragon's eye, is a tropical fruit tree. The Sri Chompoo is a Thai variery with large high quality fruit. It is a worthy alternative to Kohala in overall quality. In Thailand the flesh of Sri Chompoo has some pink tint but this characteristic has not been observed in Florida.
