Keo Savoy is a Thai mango variety, commonly consumed green. The fruits are oblong, and turn light yellow at maturity.
 
Taste: At the green stage, it is crunchy yet sweet. At the ripe stage it is very sweet and floral. Firm yellow flesh has lemony flavor. Has little fiber.
