Jehanager is an Indian variety of mango, looks like an apple. It is ready to consume when green. Once it turns orange, it is best used for juice or pulp.
 
Taste: When fruit is green, the light in color, almost white flesh is firm, the flavor is rich and complex, resinous and spice-noted, with a good level of sweetness. When fully ripe, the Jehangir is very sweet and has a strong flavour and fragrance. Fiberless.
