The Finger Lime (Citrus australasica) is originally from Australia. It is also known as a Caviar Lime. The fruits have finger-like shape and many round, tart and juicy vesicles inside. The tree has thorny branches and small, rounded leaves. It is pest and disease resistant. The Green Giant variety is one of the longest shaped fruits among the finger limes. The fruit is usually green and skinny, the small size caviar is slightly acidic with a clear colour.
